An Engineer by profession who has completed her Bachelor in Engineering from Pune University, she has experience of 20+years in the IT field playing various roles in different organizations. She has varied experience in dealing with and managing people at various levels.  Her passion for people development inspired her to do the Soft Skill course at Image Consulting Business Institute – ICBI.
